Are women better managers?
Below is an interesting interview from an SVP at Elle, who claims that women are simply better managers than men are. http://www.nytimes.com/2009/07/26/business/26corner.html?_r=1&8dpc Below is a picture of Carol. After I read the interview I could guess what she would look like. I am sure she is a great manager that follows all the proper procedures and guidelines. I am also reading some books concerning the great European and Chinese explorers of the 15th century. And while men may not make good managers, these guys (and they were all men without exception) were pretty good leaders.
