Obama Wins Nobel Peace Prize
Congratulations to President Obama for winning the Nobel Peace Prize. This award was somewhat unexpected as Obama has done absolutely nothing in regards to enhancing World Peace. He has not negotiated any peace settlements. He has not ended any wars (the war in Afghanistan is escalating). Obama winning the Nobel Peace Prize makes about much sense as me winning the Nobel Prize for Physics.
Many people were scratching their heads trying to figure out how a man could win a prize for doing absolutely nothing. I was also confused until I saw a picture of the committee that made such a decision.
It seems that the committee was composed mostly of old White women who got their panties wet thinking of Obama. It was a feel good decision that was based entirely on emotion and with no reason. Perfect!

ReplyDeleteResearch has shown pedigree dogs have become increasingly stupid because their gene pool is kept limited. Considering there hasn't been a big influx of immigrants to Norway until recently to diversify their human DNA, or even just to enhance interaction in day to day life -- maybe this is something.
So if we're going to play the game 'how are all these things similar' I would put my full bet on they are all pure ethnic White Norwegian. Which covers 5 out of 5 members.
I know there are alot of people strongly against interracial breeding, and anti-immigration, but clearly something here has led to all these people being severely retarded.

There is no evidence that having children with an ethnic group somehow contributes to mental or health problems. Genetically, the only problems seem to occur when the breeding occurs between people who are closely related (such as a brother and sister.) For example, the Japanese and Koreans have maintained as a quite homogeneous people, yet they do not exhibit low IQ or health problems.
ReplyDeleteIn this case you had four of the five committee members that were older women. Such women tend to do whatever is fashionable and what feels good. And giving the Nobel Prize to the first Black American President is a very politically correct and a feels good type of action.
I am not opposed to Obama winning such a prize if he had been engaged in various peace keeping and foreign affair type of activities. But the fact he won the prize with doing absolutely nothing in matters of foreign affairs is rather laughable. Even the White House initially thought that the announcement of this award was a joke.

ReplyDeleteTo be serious though, of course Obama did nothing to deserve it. He's president for 9 months, done nothing. It's probably the strangest award I've seen given.
When I first read it I was shocked. What about Bill Clinton? All the other hard people working people?
I'm sorry in this case I don't believe it has anything to do with having love for Obama or American political correctness bleeding into Norway. I do believe that it's a very bizarre form of political manipulation.
I read other people seeing this the same way, that the prize is an attempt to steer Obama's future decisions having to do with war. Now he has to prove he deserves the award by not bombing Iran or escalating conflicts. They're trying to affect the future.
It does seem like something a mom would do to a kid. The fact that 4 out of 5 are women makes sense.
He should decline the award.
I'm not joking, but Obama has won not one but two Grammy's. For some reason that cracks me up more than the Nobel. If I was a Republican partisan I would have spent the whole election referring to Obama, as the two time Grammy award winner...
