A Minnesota town is outraged over reports that an illegal immigrant was implanted with a penis pump—paid for by taxpayers.




Shakopee Police Chief Jeff Tate said the expense to taxpayers was more than $50,000.

    I feel for the Minnesota taxpayers being shafted. I can understand maybe an emergency surgery from a car crash but an emergency erection pump? Crazy. The government really needs to nip this, lick the problem before it gets really messy. A lesson has to be pulled out of this.
