While the corpses were literally still warm after the shooting by Jared Loughner, the Department of Homeland Security leaked a memo to Fox News claiming that the web site American Renaissance incited the killings. This was despite the fact that the mentally ill Jared Loughner never subscribed to the publication or attended any event. The only connection seems to be that the shooter shares the same first name as the founder of AmRen.

The politicization of the federal police began under the Clinton administration. During that time the Southern Poverty Law Center (a leading Cultural Marxist organization) was hired by the government to act as ideological consultants. The result had been a Soviet styled police that is more concerned with ideology than the rule of law and the enforcement of the Constitution.
