GoldieBlox & Beastie Boys - a Father's Response

GoldieBlox, a toy company, put together an ad that went viral. It is the typical Grrrrl POWER commercial we have all seen over the past 30 years. But is the propaganda true? Does rejecting traditional gender roles really make girls into future engineers?

On a side note, GoldieBlox stole a  Beastie Boys song to use in their commercial. In a bizarre twist the company decided to sue Beastie Boys before the band could sue them for theft.
