The Gender Pay Gap Explained



There is no gender pay gap if one accounts for years of experience and the same job. Women make less than men primarily because they work less than men. Many women choose to raise their children instead of pursuing a career. This leads to a pay gap. The only way to eliminate this gap is to not allow women to have to choice to stay home and raise their children.

    Sorry Ramz but having a stay at home mom to raise the children though a noble gesture that would be the norm in earlier less complicated times isn't such a good idea. With a divorce rate of 50% the man will have to support this lifestyle for years to come. He will learn the hard way that his civil and property rights are equivalent to a medieval Russian serf in the crooked misandric family court racket.

The #NRORevolt continues. National Review, the old "conservative" magazine and think tank for the Republican Party is in disarray as their preferred candidate, Jeb Bush, is swirling down the drain in the polls.  What makes matters worse is that former mainstream pundits such as Donald Trump and Ann Coulter are now embracing much of the Alt Right ideology. Why don't White Men like White Women?

OKCupid revealed some interesting statistical data based on dating preferences and race.  The higher the number, the greater the interest. For example, Asian men rate Asian women 11% higher that a neutral rating. However, Asian men have no interest (-24%) in black women. What is interesting is that White men now prefer Asian women (18%) over White women (5%). In 2009 White men still preferred White women (10%) over Asian women (6%). It is a rough world for Asian men and Black women. Only Asian women like Asian men.
