Are immigration opponents Nazis?
It seems the usual suspects are calling anyone who opposes unlimited immigration to be a "Nazi". The Left seems to be in constant fear of "Nazis" that lurk in public policy discussions and I assume under their beds. If you oppose any Leftist position, you are a.... take a wild guess...wait for it.... a NAZI! Tim Wise recently went on a wild rant about "Nazis" who oppose immigration.

Was French President Charles De Gaulle a NAZI? That would seem to be a rather wild claim as he led the French fight against the NAZIs. However, based on his views of immigration, I am sure the usual suspects would call De Gaulle a "White Supremacist" and a "NAZI" for wanting to keep France majority White.
It is very good that there are yellow French, black French, brown French. They show that France is open to all races and has a universal vocation. But [it is good] on condition that they remain a small minority. Otherwise, France would no longer be France. We are still primarily a European people of the white race, Greek and Latin culture, and the Christian religion.

Arabs are Arabs, the French are French. Do you think the French body politic can absorb ten million Muslims, who tomorrow will be twenty million, after tomorrow forty? If we integrated, if all the Arabs and Berbers of Algeria were considered French, would you prevent them to settle in France, where the standard of living is so much higher? My village would no longer be called Colombey-The-Two-Churches but Colombey-The-Two-Mosques

Long ago I decided to accept these accusations and run with them. It doesn't bother me in the slightest to be called such names. It is important to remember that the name-calling is a precursor to physical persecution and violence. The Left is engaging in a process of demonization and de-humanization. The real fight that is coming isn't going to involve mere words. Realizing this, and preparing oneself for it, helps put these silly accusations into perspective.

Wise strings together non sequiturs, half truths, cheap shots, and faulty reasoning at such a rapid pace, it’s amazing; you either see things his way, or you’re a “racist” who wants to suppress others. A federal appeals court panel ruled on Tuesday, July 15, 2014, that the University of Texas can continue using race as a factor in undergraduate admissions as a way of promoting diversity on campus. Therefore, race must exist; otherwise how can “the University of Texas ... continue using race as a factor in undergraduate admissions as a way of promoting diversity on campus”?
More specifically, If the University of Texas can continue using race as a factor in undergraduate admissions as a way of promoting diversity on campus, then RACE MUST EXIST – not as a “social construct,” but as a biological reality.
The federal appeals court panel is saying that the goal of using race as factor in college admissions is to accomplish diversity. Racial diversity – i.e., achieving diversity via a selection process that takes race into consideration – CANNOT be accomplished unless there are races that are in existence and that are distinct; there is no other logical conclusion to draw. There are many possible distinguishing criteria on which to base a policy of fostering "diversity: income, the geographical high school location of applicants, national origin, etc. In the case at hand, the University of Texas - now with approval from the federal appeals court panel - is using RACE as a distinguishing criterion. Therefore, race must exist – unless one wants to argue that the federal appeals court panel is saying that it is acceptable to use a distinguishing characteristic that does not exist.
Nobody of good will wants violence or harm to come to innocent people, no matter who or what they are. Wise thinks he owns the moral high ground, and he spews his noxious venom at those he judges as morally deficient. But the truth is that voluntary, peaceful, mutually respectful separation engenders harmony and peace, and this is precisely what Wise opposes; he wants mixed serfs on a global plantation – just look his “analysis” of global markets and labor. Wise’s position will create and intensify the very kind of violence and discord that Wise pretends to oppose.

In conclusion, there is nothing wise about Wise.
